If you need to reschedule a game, follow these steps:
- Contact the coach of the other team and set a new date/time/location. Contact information for all coaches can be found on the Coaches Menu.
- Verify the field availability with the field coordinator of the home team.
- Notify the umps of the schedule change.
- AFTER the above items have been completed, then you can fill out the form below which will update the schedule on the website.
Before submitting this form, both coaches must agree to the new date/time/location. Do not submit this form until both coaches are aware of the schedule change.
